Hubilo's enhanced capabilities zoom into a better user experience and make it easier for attendees to access web schedules.
Hubilo Technologies has announced updates to its hybrid event platform, which touts improved attendee engagement, human connection and event ROI.
In this new 'remote-everything world', the company has in the last 14 months conducted events for more than two million people, across 500,000 virtual sessions.
Citing feedback from clients such as the United Nations, Amazon Web Services, Facebook and the World Bank, Vaibhav Jain, founder and CEO of Hubilo, said the new release will make it easy for everyone to attend or host events "from anywhere, online or in-person".
To tackle online fatigue, Hubilo has added features that enhance the user experience and make it easy to access web schedules.
For instance, a 'What's Happening' section provides a quick overview of current events and the ability to schedule meetings directly from chats.
To make planning and exploration easier, a full event schedule is displayed on a single page alongside a global side panel that curates relevant information depending on which part of the event the attendees are at. Attendees can then filter live sessions or search for specific talks based on their interests.
Activity-centric engagement tools have also been added, such as gamification, live polls, Q&As, and a new interface with emojis.
To encourage further interaction with sponsors, networking lounges and demo rooms have been revamped to include virtual booth chats, polls, and Q&As for sponsors and exhibitors to chat. There's also increased branding opportunities for sponsors.
For those attending virtually on the move, Hubilo's entire event can be easily streamed through a mobile app, mimicking the laptop experience.
If the event is hybrid, the mobile app will connect offline and online attendees.
Giving feedback on the redesigned platform, Dahlia El Gazzar, founder of DAHLIA+Agency said: "The platform and services cater to how agile our event professionals have to be whether designing virtual, blended, or face to face events. It's great to see how Hubilo is setting the course through the confluence of technology and community for forward thinking event professionals and brands."
