Pierre Betourne brings more than 20 years of international hospitality experience to Pullman Bangkok Hotel G.
Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has appointed Pierre Betourne as its new general manager. He brings more than 20 years of international hospitality experience to the 469-room lifestyle and business property in downtown Bangkok.
Betourne has held senior roles across multiple destinations, with expertise spanning operations, brand development and team leadership. In Thailand, he played a key role in Accor’s post-pandemic business recovery. Following an 18-month hotel closure, he led the successful revitalisation of four properties in Phuket and Hua Hin – a performance that earned him the Best General Manager in Thailand Award in 2024.
He also oversaw the development of Mercure Rayong Lomtalay, guiding the resort from construction to becoming one of Rayong’s top-performing beachfront properties.
Betourne commented on his new role: “Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has a distinctive, energetic identity and a strong connection to the heartbeat of Bangkok. I look forward to working with the team to elevate the guest experience and strengthen the hotel’s market position.”
