Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre picks new sales director

With over 20 years of industry experience, Tiffany Chung steps up to lead the Centre’s sales and marketing efforts.

Tiffany Chung has been appointed as the new director of sales and marketing at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

In this role, Tiffany will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing new product development, driving business development and revenue growth, overseeing marketing campaigns as well as talent development and management.

With over two decades of experience in the business events industry, Chung is well-regarded; She recently served as the Centre’s deputy director of sales, where she successfully drove new business development, led sales teams and contributed to the Centre’s overall growth.

With her track record of success and her in-depth understanding our industry, company’s business and culture, we are confident in her ability to lead us through the next phase of our Centre.”

Chung takes over from Ravindran Sathiamoorthy, who served as the Centre’s director of sales since 2020 and has retired after 18 years with the venue.
