With over 20 years of experience in event management, Jones is no stranger to the international meetings sector. Before joining ICCA, she held a key position at K.I.T. Group GmbH in Berlin, where she spearheaded the planning and execution of international medical association congresses. Her responsibilities ranged from project management to stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
Jones' career spans two decades, including freelance project management roles overseeing business events for both corporate and non-profit organisations, with participant numbers reaching up to 1,500. Her skill set includes logistics, operations, stakeholder collaboration, and budget management, all of which contribute to her proven ability to deliver impactful events.
