Lim has been with Marina Bay Sands since 2009.
Genevieve Lim has stepped up as AVP of MICE & Sales at Marina Bay Sands, focusing on strategic planning and commercial optimisation for the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Previously the executive director of MICE Management, Lim has been with Marina Bay Sands since 2009.
In charge of elevating the integrated resort’s sales strategy, Lim has secured numerous global events such as the 28th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2018 – a first for Asia – over a planning period of four years.
She also became the first Singaporean to graduate from the Association of International Convention Centres’ (AIPC) inaugural Future Shapers programme, in 2021.
Lim holds CMP and CEM certifications, actively contributing to PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association) and AIPC’s Future Shapers Programme.
Not only has Lim been spearheading initiatives to nurture the next generation of MICE talents, she is also passionate about mentoring and volunteering.
