FCM, the corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG),
has appointed Kenji Soh as the GM of FCM Singapore, and Clement Wong as
the chief growth officer for Asia.
Soh has close to 15 years of experience in the travel trade, most
notably spearheading strategic travel management at top organisations
such as Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company.
“We are excited to have Kenji as part of our team. As an accomplished
travel buyer in the industry, he adds a fresh perspective and is a
great addition to the leadership team in Singapore,” said Bertrand
Saillet, MD of FCM Asia.
“FCM’s tremendous growth and established thought leadership in the
corporate travel industry are unparalleled. While my transition from
Travel Buyer to a Travel Management Company is unorthodox, my unique
perspective will be beneficial in ensuring we understand our client's
needs even better to tailor new comprehensive solutions and accelerate
our market dominance,” said Soh.
As the chief growth officer for FCM Asia, Wong will focus on driving
the company’s organic and inorganic growth as he oversees the strategy,
supply, partnerships, data, and legal teams. In line with the recent
announcement of FCM Meetings & Events launching globally, Wong will
drive seamless experience and profitability through digital
transformations.
“Clement has nearly two decades of experience in the travel and
e-commerce industries. His experience and appetite set him apart as his
focus is to expand our business into new horizons, maximising
opportunities and bringing innovation to the market,” added Saillet.
“With the robust recovery of corporate travel, I look forward to
taking FCM Travel in Asia to new heights through disruptive technologies
and new value propositions for corporate travellers,” said Wong.
