Michael Yang, who hails from Urumqi in China's Xinjiang Autonomous Region, boasts 15 years of hospitality experience.
Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has appointed Michael Yang as its new
hotel manager. Yang, originally from Urumqi in China's Xinjiang
Autonomous Region, brings 15 years of extensive hospitality experience
to his new role.
Yang's career began with the Banyan Group, where he spent nine years
developing his expertise. Starting as a management trainee at Banyan
Tree Bangkok, he progressed to the position of front office manager in
Shanghai and Phuket.
In 2018, Yang joined Rosewood Phnom Penh as assistant director of
rooms. His career advanced further in 2022 when he moved to Rosewood
Hong Kong, the flagship property of Rosewood Hotel Group, as director of
rooms and residence.
