The Great Room (www.thegreatroomoffices.com), a hospitality-led co-working space has expanded its presence with the opening of its second location in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District at Centennial Tower.

Spanning 36,000 square feet over two floors, the new space is a response to the success from its first One George Street location opened in 2016.

Designed in collaboration with global design studio HASSELL, The Great Room at Centennial Tower exudes a sophisticated vibe, what it terms 'the new corporate neutral', with a mix of marble and stone textures, coupled with abundant natural light and ample views of Singapore's cityscape.

Said Jaelle Ang, co-founder and CEO of The Great Room, "We wanted to create an all-encompassing work and play experience that welcomes co-working members and business club members to share the hospitality experience that defines The Great Room. This opening further cements our purpose to change the way people feel about going to work."

The Great Room experience begins at The Drawing Room (up to 120 pax), which functions as a reception area housing the Bar and Café, and an event space for evening cocktails and large-scale fireside chats.

A more intimate Club Lounge caters specially to The Great Room Business Club members, providing access to a social and professional ecosystem across Asia that sparks authentic interactions. The Circle brings to mind a private supper club, where deals are done around the design team's interpretation of the modern bonfire.

Gatherings of eight to 80 pax, whether for learning, meeting, impressing or entertaining, can be housed in various meeting spaces, namely the State Room (elegant boardroom for 14 pax), Studio (up to 60 pax), Parlour (relaxed meeting space for 6 pax) or Study (meeting space for 6 pax). Hot Desks and Hot Offices are also available.

The Great Room will also have a specially curated business and cultural programme for members.

By end of 2018, The Great Room will serve a growing community of over 700 companies across its seven locations in four cities, namely Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Singapore.

Membership at The Great Room is tiered: A basic fee of S$750 (US$569.72) offers hot desk and hot office access in your home location while Dedicated Office memberships start from S$2,500/month for up to teams of 40 people. Privileges include private phone booths, complimentary beverages and Monday breakfast and mail and package handling, among others.

The Great Room at Centennial Tower opens from 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays.
