Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) will undertake 10 hotel and serviced-suite projects across Southeast Asia in 2027, comprising seven new developments and three major renovations.
The new-build pipeline comprises Pan Pacific Phnom Penh; Parkroyal Siem Reap; Siam Pan Pacific Bangkok; Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Thonglor, Bangkok; Parkroyal Hanoi; Parkroyal Serviced Suites Manila Bay; and Parkroyal Jakarta.
The three renovation projects are Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, Parkroyal Gurney Bay Penang and Parkroyal Collection Pickering, Singapore.
The programme spans seven Southeast Asian countries and extends the luxury Pan Pacific brand into Bangkok and Phnom Penh, while adding Parkroyal properties in Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia and new serviced-suite projects in Bangkok and Manila.
PPHG, the hotel subsidiary of UOL Group, owns or manages more than 50 hotels, resorts and serviced suites across the Pan Pacific, Parkroyal Collection and Parkroyal brands.
This forms part of a transformation at PPHG since 2020, focussed on “sharpening brand architecture, strengthening operating capabilities, investing in technology and sustainability, and redesigning properties around how guests live and travel today”.
