Announced in March, the Singapore Tourism Board and Northstar Meetings Group launched the second annual 'Their PASSION MADE Your Event POSSIBLE' awards programme. The purpose is to recognise behind-the-scenes industry professionals that work towards the highest levels of customer satisfaction. It also highlights the importance of the meeting industry to the livelihoods of millions of hospitality professionals worldwide.
If you are an industry leader or supplier, you can nominate someone who embodies the Passion Made Possible spirit. Keep in mind that while nominators can be from anywhere in the world, the nominees need to be from either the US or Singapore.
In 2018, hundreds of nominations were submitted, and six meetings and events heroes were reocognised. These heroes then went on to be celebrated at industry events in the US and Singapore. They were also prominently featured in Northstar Meeting Group's various publications, such as Meetings & Conventions, Successful Meetings, M&C Asia, Incentive magazine, as well as their respective websites.
