Malaysia puts the wow into Taiwan's WowPrime incentive

The 3,000 incentive delegates are set to inject RM57.9 million into the Malaysian economy.

Taiwan’s food & beverage company WOW Prime Corporation, with support from Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), has picked Malaysia as its preferred incentive destination in 2023.

A total of 3,000 participants will arrive in Malaysia in staggered batches from 26 March until 28 September 2023, with all the trips projected to generate an economic impact of RM57.9 million to the country’s economy.

The participants of WOWprime Corporation Company Incentive Trip 2023 will be treated to a relaxing resort stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. They will be receiving a plethora of offerings such as Melaka Historical Tour visiting the cultural heritage sites and experience the night market at Alor Street.

They will be treats to an array of shopping experience at the duty-free Genting Premium Outlets and Genting Sky Avenue Complex, local chocolate product shopping, and varieties of photoshoot session at the Chinatown, Kwai Chai Hong, Saloma Link bridge, KLCC and National Palace.

“Having WOWprime augurs well with our target in welcoming 114,000 corporate meetings and incentive participants for 2023," said Dato’ Sri Dr. Abdul Khani Daud, CEO of MyCEB. "We hope to get more Taiwan business visitors to make Malaysia as [their] preferred business events and corporate incentive destination."
