Rosewood Luang Prabang has launched Cooking Atelier, a culinary experience celebrating the rich heritage of Laotian cuisine while supporting the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Developed in collaboration with the Luang Prabang Hospitality Training Centre, the Cooking Atelier invites guests to discover authentic Laotian flavors through a hands-on, experience led by a Rosewood chef.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, participants will learn to prepare traditional dishes and enjoy a three-course meal of their own creation, complemented by dessert and wine. They will also take home with them a recipe booklet and a keepsake.
Through this collaboration, Rosewood Luang Prabang contributes directly to local education, with US$10 from each participant donated to support the training and development of students at the Hospitality Training Centre, helping to nurture future talent within Laos' growing tourism industry.
Classes are held at the Cooking Studio at the Luang Prabang Hospitality Training Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm, with prices starting from US$102 per person.
