Thai DMC and events player ETA Group has launched Bwnd Events, its fourth specialist brand and creative event and incentive agency.
Bwnd Events joins Events Travel Asia, E-Transportation and E-Distribution in the ETA Group, with the businesses providing complementary expertise across event strategy, delivery, logistics and fulfilment.
The group’s latest addition was unveiled at ETA Group’s Annual Partner Gathering at Capella Bangkok this week, with event professionals, clients and suppliers in attendance.
The launch builds on ETA Group’s successful delivery of the Flight Centre Global Gathering 2026 in July in Bangkok, which comprised 32 events and activations across the senior leaders and sponsors programme, as part of the wider week-long event for 2,100 guests from around the world.
The new agency was created in response to what the team was hearing from clients and industry partners, said Bwnd Events chief executive El Kwang.
“The successful delivery of 32 events and activations for the Flight Centre Global Gathering gave us the confidence that there is a clear need for a high-touch agency like Bwnd Events, particularly across our immediate key markets of Australia and Singapore,” said Kwang, a business events, hospitality and content honcho active in both markets. Kwang is also the founder of BEAMexperience, an agency with offices in Singapore and Bangkok.
Bwnd Events will work with clients from concept development through to onsite execution, creating experiences that engage people, strengthen relationships and achieve measurable business outcomes.
ETA Group has also appointed business events professional Pete Make-Arun as COO.
