The introduction of its newest outdoor venue, Sensoryscape, is set to elevate Sentosa’s capacity to offer diverse opportunities for MICE delegates on the island.

“The versatile spaces of Sensoryscape provide the perfect canvas for organisers and corporates to host differentiated events, elevated by digital installations against Sensoryscape’s signature architecture,” according to a spokesperson from Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC).

“An example could be a cocktail party at the scenic Lookout Loop, which offers breathtaking views of Sensoryscape, be it towards our beaches in the south, or Resorts World Sentosa in the north.”

Opening since 14 March 2024, the venue features a large-scale outdoor interactive light art, a nature-inspired soundscape, and augmented reality, offering an immersive sensory journey for visitors. An evening experience is heightened with projection mapping, ambient lighting, and sounds, creating a unique day to night atmosphere.

Guests can also enjoy a diverse range of leisure activities, including an upcoming F&B and lifestyle offering at Imbiah Hill, and various attractions and dining options at the beach precinct of Sentosa.

In addition, sustainability remains a top priority at SDC, with an emphasis on integrating sustainable practices as a key tenet in the development of Sensoryscape, such as the use of energy-efficient LED lights, while water within Symphony Streams, one of the gardens within Sensoryscape, is recycled to prevent wastage.

In its development phase, SDC enhanced existing tree clusters to support avian fauna and butterfly movements. Additionally, it introduced over 100 native species for biodiversity continuity, creating a flexible and inclusive space to connect with diverse flora and fauna communities.
