What has traditionally been a grand, one-night celebration evolved into a multi-chapter journey for its 2025 edition, designed to engage guests through shifting moods and experiential settings at RWS. Among the star Nobel Peace Prize nominee Amanda Nguyen and A-list actor Lee Jung Jae in attendance, inspiring power talks by endurance pioneer Wim Hof and mountaineer Lhakpa Sherpa, as well as captivating performances by Jodok Cello.  

Opening with an exclusive prelude at the Singapore Oceanarium, guests arrived dressed in sartorial renditions of Water & Wonder, stepping into a marine sanctuary that echoed the night’s reflective mood and theme of self-mastery. Beginning their journey in the Ancient Waters zone, guests wandered deeper into glowing galleries where moving currents of light and marine life shaped the ambience. At the Open Ocean habitat, an immersive feast for the senses unfolded in a vast, cinematic seascape that framed an intimate dinner for 160 guests.

Over at the Resorts World Convention Centre, the main gala welcomed over 300 revellers in spectacular fashion. Bathed in a dramatic red glow, the foyer came alive with curated bar experiences and eye-catching installations crafted as touchpoints for connection. Attendees frolicked between champagne towers and rum tipples, capturing glamourous moments at the photo walls between sips of alpine-themed cocktails and cognac swirls.

Inside the pillar-free Grand Ballroom, an exquisite celebratory dinner ensued as the Tatler Impact Awards unveiled on stage. Acclaimed chefs from RWS signature restaurants – Syun, Sugarra and Pierre Hermé Paris, collaborated on a gastronomic three-course menu for the gala, a homage to the night’s theme “An Odyssey to Harmony”.

Journeying through waves of wonder

Imagine stepping into an ethereal underwater dreamscape, where thousands of moon jellyfish drift through a soft, glowing realm. This natural, ever-moving installation at the Singapore Oceanarium set the tone for PIN Prestige Singapore’s 12th anniversary celebration – an instant photo moment that immersed guests into a living, breathing world of luxury and creativity. Venturing deeper, guests entered the Ocean Pavilion, transformed into a striking gallery of 150 illuminated PIN magazine covers, showcasing the publication’s evolution through the years.

For planners, the Singapore Oceanarium offers a unique advantage: 22 distinct aquatic zones, each with its own ambience, colour palette and natural movement. With programmable lighting and fluid spatial flow, the venue seamlessly transitions guests from cocktail reception to performances to gala dinner, all in one atmospheric venue.

For VOGUE Singapore’s signature NEXT IN VOGUE event, RWS transformed The Laurus, A Luxury Collection Resort in partnership with Marriott International into a vibrant world of fashion, culture and innovation, carving out spaces where ideas, artistry and creativity converged in a cohesive experiential arc.

Across the three-day event, guests wove through an inspiring thread of experiences – from the dynamic Next in Vogue Conversations conference helmed by design mavens like Prabal Gurung, to the Vogue Closet, where pre-function spaces were reimagined as immersive fashion showcases for regional designers. The Innovation Lounge pushed boundaries further, spotlighting next-gen design concepts from Singapore’s emerging talents, while the Vogue Glam Room hosted interactive makeup masterclasses in a beauty atelier.

The event hall at Weave is modular, pillar-free expanse allowed for easy reconfiguration between conference seating, experience zones and runway-style setups featured in the event’s capstone gala dinner. High ceilings, state-of-the-art rigging capabilities and an open floor plan provided ample room for custom staging, LED installations, and a dynamic flow between segments, reflecting RWS’s capacity for creative event production. In a seamless orchestration of movement, mood and meaning, RWS embodied Vogue’s vision for experiential luxury, where events transcend function and become journeys of inspiration and exploration.
