Travelodge Gangnam Yeoksam Seoul – the brand’s largest property in Asia – is now open for reservations.

The fully renovated 360-room property places Travelodge in one of Seoul’s most closely watched business and lifestyle districts.

Located at 547 Eonju-ro in Yeoksam, the hotel is positioned near subway connections, COEX and Gangnam’s corporate, retail, dining and cultural hubs.

The property is configured for the work-and-leisure crossover that defines Gangnam demand. Facilities include a co-working lounge, business centre, fitness centre and meeting space for up to 60 people, along with self-service laundry, a currency-exchange kiosk, a guest lounge and 43 parking spaces. A GS25 convenience store is scheduled to open in the hotel by the end of October.

The location also gives guests access to both corporate Seoul and the city’s visitor attractions. The Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs are about 600 metres away, while COEX Convention & Exhibition Center, Starfield Mall and Starfield Library can be reached in roughly 15 minutes by bus or subway, according to the company.

The opening advances Travelodge Hotels Asia’s regional growth plan. The Singapore-headquartered operator says it has 18 hotels across Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand, and aims to exceed 50 properties by 2030.

An opening campaign, Stay Gold in Gangnam, runs for eligible direct bookings from October 2026 to January 2027, with a chance to win a 24K gold bar and take part in a complimentary hanbok experience.
