As the main hub for MICE activities in Indonesia, Jakarta is seeing a
growing demand for unique and flexible spaces. Venues are adapting to
cater to various event sizes and formats. Juliet Mangowal, director of
business development, said: “The availability of multifunctional spaces
that can be easily customised to suit different purposes has become a
key factor in the decision-making process for event planners.
“Additionally, the MICE industry in Jakarta is witnessing a surge in
experiential events. Attendees are seeking immersive and memorable
experiences beyond traditional conferences, prompting organisers to
incorporate innovative elements, interactive technologies, local
