Hilton Tokyo is revamping its ballroom and pre-function spaces, as part of an ongoing series of renovations that began last year.

The 830-room hotel, located in Shinjuku, has one of the largest LED screens of any hotel in the Japanese capital. It will embark on a remodelling of its fourth floor next month, which includes the refurbishment of the Kiku Ballroom and its pre-function space, with a planned reopening in October 2025. The hotel says the space will be reborn as a modern event venue equipped with cutting-edge technology.

Last year’s renovation focused on the hotel’s third floor, and saw the creation of an additional 200sqm of meeting space to the hotel’s existing 1,000sqm on the third floor, featuring modern, flexible, and AV tech-enabled rooms.

The renovation also added four meeting rooms, five function rooms, a pre-function space, three breakout areas and a lecture hall.
