Cambodia’s largest food and hospitality trade event – CAMFOOD & CAMHOTEL 2025 – wrapped up on 24 October at the Diamond Island Exhibition and Convention Centre (DIECC) in Phnom Penh, marking a push to strengthen the country’s growing MICE and tourism economy.

The three-day exhibition brought together over 250 exhibitors and more than 6,000 trade visitors for seminars, demonstrations, competitions, and even a career fair.

Organised by Informa Markets, CAMFOOD & CAMHOTEL created a platform for local operators to access regional suppliers, expand distribution networks, and attract investment.

The event also connected visitors with global innovations that can help their competitiveness, from smart point-of-sale systems and energy-efficient kitchen equipment to gourmet innovations, wines, and integrated hospitality solutions.

The event was opened by Tourism Minister Huot Hak alongside senior officials and business leaders. He noted that the strength of tourism, which contributed 9.4% to Cambodia’s GDP in 2024, relies on continued professionalisation and innovation within the hospitality and F&B sectors.
