The countdown is on for The Meetings Show 2025, taking place at ExCeL London from 25–26 June.
Whether you're a hosted buyer, supplier, planner, or simply curious about the future of meetings, here’s what you need to know.
Who’s there?
More than 600 global suppliers – including destinations, hotels, DMCs and tech providers – will be on the floor. Look out for networking events at stands hosted by Minor Hotels, Greater Miami Convention Bureau and Motivation Hungary.
What’s on?
The education programme spans three dedicated spaces – Stage One, Stage Two and the Blank Canvas – with sessions covering everything from sustainability to staffing, DEI to digital marketing.
New for this year is The Human Library, offering 15-minute one-on-one chats with industry leaders like Claus Raasted and Megan Garmers. And if you're up for a lively discussion, don't miss The Reckoning on 26 June at 9:45am, a new format tackling tough industry questions head-on.
Talent, tunes and a morning stretch
On 25 June, Tomorrow’s Talent 2025 winners will take the stage at 12:40pm on Stage One in a session celebrating fresh Gen Z insights and their vision for the industry’s future.
Later in the day, swap panels for playlists at the Delegate Wranglers Kitchen Disco. From 4pm, head to the Delegate Wranglers (D81) and Lime Venue Portfolio (D69) stands for drinks, networking and a live DJ spinning in LVP’s on-stand kitchen.
Prefer cardio over cocktails? Kick off day two (26 June) with a 5K run or 3K brisk walk hosted by Go! Running Tours. Meet at 7am sharp at ExCeL’s Custom House entrance for a scenic start to your Thursday.
Be inclusive: Wellness & access features
The 2025 edition ups the ante on wellbeing, inclusion and accessibility through partnerships with EventWell, Snapsight, Speaksee and others. Expect:
A Quiet Room for sensory-friendly breaks
A buddy system for first-time or solo attendees
Inclusive sessions on neurodiversity, DEI and talent development
Support from apprentices gaining hands-on industry experience
Bonus content: The Meeting Room podcast, live
Can’t catch every session? The Meeting Room Podcast will be recorded live on-site across both days – tune in for recaps, interviews and commentary straight from the show floor.
