Language barriers will soon be a thing of the past, if Singaporean
startup Pigeonlab has anything to do about it – Hew Joon Heng, chief
business officer of Pigeonhole Live, will be showcasing how the
organisation uses AI-powered technology to enhance meetings and events
at The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2024.
The shiniest of the goodies on display will be the AI Translation
Tool, optimised for attendees to ask questions during Q&A segments
during panel discussions on the Main Stage; the tool breaks down
language barriers by allowing users to ask questions in their preferred
language.
In addition, Pigeonlab will be introducing AI insights, which offer
instant sentiment analysis of Q&A sessions by giving meeting
organisers key insights into audience opinions, and showing event
attendees how they can integrate Pigeonhole Live polls into slide
presentations hosted on Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
“We’re delighted to use The Meetings Show APAC as a platform to
preview a major presentation-focused update,” said Hew. “While we've
grown our business on global, large-scale MICE events, we're set to
release a mid-year update that will make it easier for speakers and
presenters to use Pigeonhole Live's interactive polls within their
favourite presentation apps.”
What to look out for
Pigeonlab is part of the Tech Campfire showcase powered by Unearthed Productions.
At the Pigeonlab booth, attendees can experience live, hands-on
demonstrations of Pigeonhole Live and participate in interactive
sessions using their mobile phones for a chance to win exclusive tote
bags.
Additionally, delegates should have their business cards at the
ready. For every business card dropped off at the Pigeonlab booth, the
team will plant a tree in their name as a commitment to the
environment.
