Trip.Biz, the corporate travel brand of Trip.com Group, has launched Trip.Biz ONE, a new “all-in-one” solution said to simplify business travel management for organisations. The solution was unveiled at the company’s annual Trip.Biz Transform 2025 conference in Singapore.

The platform consolidates flight, hotel, ground transport and car rental bookings into a single system, supported by automated policy enforcement, approval workflows and AI-driven business intelligence tools.

Trip.Biz said the aim is to reduce booking leakage, improve compliance and streamline reconciliation processes for corporate clients.

Key features include real-time policy monitoring, predictive analytics, duty-of-care capabilities, and integration with the Trip.Biz AI Chatbot for traveller support.

Companies will also have access to consolidated reporting and insights, and data-driven decision-making that can improve ROI.

"Companies need to redefine expectations on how business travel can support revenue growth amidst ongoing trade policy uncertainty and economic risks, and this has shifted from cost management to one that is smarter, safer and more sustainable," said Tao Song, Chief Executive Officer, Trip.Biz. "With Trip.Biz ONE, we are bringing together three critical pillars – People & Service, Technology & Inventory and Sustainability – into a single, intelligent platform that empowers companies to deliver greater efficiency, stronger compliance and a better travel experience for every business traveller."

Alongside the launch, Trip.Biz also announced new partnerships with Saudia Airlines, Pan Pacific Hotels Group and Constellation Travels in the Philippines, expanding its content and strengthening its presence in Southeast Asia.

Trip.Biz currently supports over 15,000 multinational corporations and more than one million SMEs worldwide.

Trip.com Group, the parent company, operates brands including Trip.com, Ctrip, Skyscanner and Qunar, serving global travellers through digital booking platforms and 24/7 customer service.
