FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E) has launched a reporting & analytics tool, with the aim of enhancing operational functionality and delivering confirmed savings.

The global meetings and events division of FCM Travel says the tool reduces time spent on compiling and merging reports, with a consolidated dashboard for all meetings and events data. It also delivers verified savings by instantly quantifying missed savings opportunities by visualising supplier and event-level spending against budgets.

By offering data and proof points to secure better supplier rates, with filters for event, market, and department, FCM says the tool can provide stronger negotiating power. It also offers trends and insights to guide purchasing strategies, supported by intuitive charts and reports for the identification of trends and next steps.

Manpreet Bindra, head of Asia at FCM Meetings & Events said: “As global corporate environments continue to evolve rapidly, it’s important for organisations to adopt leading-edge solutions that boost seamless operations while generating substantial value. Our innovative tool is designed to fulfil these needs by integrating all meetings and events data into a cohesive and advanced dashboard, thereby allowing clients to concentrate on their core business activities without the burden of manual reporting.”

In addition to the new reporting & analytics tool, FCM M&E has integrated its offering into the FCM Platform by introducing venue sourcing and event requests.

FCM M&E is initially targeting markets in the US and Australia and New Zealand with the tool, with a phased rollout planned over the coming months, beginning in the UK and followed by Mainland Europe, Asia, and Mexico.
