Wynn Macau is seeing a slew of changes at its top management level.

Wynn Macau’s current president, Ian Michael Coughlan, will be transitioning to a role as advisor and non-executive director upon completion of his employment agreement, which concludes 28 February 2023. He will also continue as non-executive director on the Wynn Macau board until May 2023.

Following Coughlan’s departure, Linda Chen will take over as president of Wynn Macau in addition to her current role as vice chairman. Chen previously wore multiple hats and only recently stepped down from her COO position to be succeeded by Frederic Jean-Luc Luvisutto on 7 July.

Frederic Jean-Luc Luvisutto, who has been COO at Wynn Palace since January 2014, has been promoted to COO of the parent company Wynn Macau this July. Prior to joining Wynn, he served as managing director of the Star Resort and Casino in Sydney.

Meanwhile, Wynn Macau COO Ciarán Carruthers is departing the company to join Crown Resorts Australia as the new CEO this September.
