Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, the luxury serviced living brand's first property, is set to open at One Bangkok in December 2026.
Frasers Hospitality will launch its new luxury serviced living brand, Fraser Suites Reserve, with the opening of Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok at One Bangkok in December 2026.
Located within the landmark mixed-use development at the intersection of Rama IV and Wireless roads, the 255-room property will occupy the top 10 floors of a 45-storey office and retail tower. A phased opening is scheduled for December 2026, ahead of a full launch in March 2027.
The property will join luxury hospitality brands including The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok and Andaz Bangkok, positioning One Bangkok as an increasingly significant destination for premium leisure, business and extended-stay travellers.
Designed for longer stays
Fraser Suites Reserve marks Frasers Hospitality's entry into the luxury serviced living segment, targeting travellers seeking the privacy and flexibility of a residence alongside high-touch hospitality services.
According to Eu Chin Fen, CEO of Frasers Hospitality, the launch represents a strategic move to strengthen the group's portfolio and address changing traveller expectations.
“It draws on our experience in long stays, while responding to the evolving expectations of an increasingly sophisticated segment of travellers accustomed to the world’s finest hospitality,” she said.
Positioned at the luxury end of the serviced living market, Fraser Suites Reserve is intended to further differentiate the company's collection of brands and deepen its presence in the premium accommodation sector.
Designed with extended-stay guests in mind, many of the residences will feature kitchenettes, allowing travellers to maintain familiar routines while on the road. The property will also offer curated dining concepts, leisure amenities and Club Frasers, a private lounge dedicated to networking, social interaction and exclusive guest experiences.
Wellness will play a central role in the guest experience. At Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, guests will have access to the House of Rejuvenation, a dedicated wellness facility featuring therapist-led treatments, thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy.
Guests will also have access to The Wellness Edit, Frasers Hospitality's proprietary global wellness programme.
