Pullman Bangkok Hotel G has launched ‘Cook Like a Local: Thai Culinary Class’ for MICE and corporate groups, inclusive of market visits, hands-on preparation and cook-offs.

Designed for large groups of over 20 participants, the team-building activity starts with picking Thai herbs and ingredients at a local market, before heading back to the hotel’s culinary space for preparation work on iconic Thai dishes such as Tom Yum Goong, Green Curry, and Pad Thai.

Delegates finish off with a team cook-off, before judgement is passed on flavour, technique and presentation.

Planners can carry on their meetings at 11 rooms across the luxury hotel, or book Ballroom 38, which offers 411sqm of space and a pre-function room for over 300 guests.
