Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City has rolled out a new meetings package that includes complimentary live cooking stations.

The Meet, Mingle & Sizzle package includes a live cooking station capable of showcasing a variety of Asian, Indonesian and Western dishes.

Not only can guests watch the cooking live, they can also interact directly with the chefs and “enjoy fresher, more personalised dishes”, overall delivering a “distinctive experience compared to a standard buffet”, the hotel said in a statement.

For groups of at least 50 participants, the offer runs from 27 January to 31 March.

Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City said that the new offer recognises demand for more experience-driven meetings.

“At Aloft, we believe meetings should be more than just rooms and agendas – they should be experiences that inspire connection, collaboration and renewed energy,” said Reza Aryawarman, multi-property GM of Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City. “This interactive concept reflects our ‘Different by Design’ approach, creating gatherings that feel more dynamic, engaging and relevant for today’s participants.”

Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City features seven Tactic meeting rooms spanning a total of 489 sqm, with a combined capacity of up to 430 participants.

Located in East Surabaya near key industrial zones and with convenient access to the Suramadu Bridge, the hotel is currently the only Marriott-branded property in the area.
