Conrad Hotels has launched a series of curated experiences within its properties in Asia-Pacific, suited to those with both little and lots of time.

Called the ‘1/3/5 Program’, it includes time-tailored itineraries, designed to last one, three, or five hours long, and inviting guests to discover each destination through bold design, local culture and meaningful connections.

In Asia-Pacific, these experiences are available at the Conrad Pune, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, the Conrad Tokyo and the Conrad Bengalaru.

At Pune, guests can indulge in an hour of rich history at the Aga Khan Palace, which once served as a prison for Mahatma Gandhi and his wife, Kasturba Gandhi, while in the Maldives, groups can enjoy the underwater setting of Ithaa, the world’s first undersea restaurant.

At Conrad Tokyo, guests can partake in an immersive five-hour experience into Japan’s samurai heritage, forging tamahagane steel with a master swordsmith.

During a three-hour experience at Conrad Tokyo, guests can visit Shinbashi Tamakiya, a historic shop founded in 1782 and now run by its 10th-generation owner. Groups can learn about the legacy, sample signature tsukudani (preserved seafood), craft onigiri rice balls and take home a Tamakiya product of their choice. At Conrad Bengaluru, a three-hour option features a workshop to discover the lineage of pottery in India and enjoying honey high tea with Apoorva BV, known as The Beeman of India, while learning how bees keep ecosystems thriving.

For those with a love of nature looking for a longer, curated experience, five-hour itineraries include embarking on a search for mantas in the South Ari Atoll led by the resident marine biologists at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, taking a mountain trek when staying at Conrad Pune, or witnessing a master swordsmith in action with a sword making session at Conrad Tokyo, with guests forging ‘tamahagane’ steel, a type of steel used for samurai swords.

Dino Michael, SVP & global head at Hilton Luxury Brands said: “With the launch of Conrad 1/3/5, we’re empowering our guests to discover new perspectives through curated, time-tailored experiences that go beyond the expected. Whether guests want to enjoy a quick tour or embark on a full afternoon of local discovery, this programme reflects our commitment to offering meaningful, memorable experiences that connect them more deeply to the world around them.”

Timed experiences are also available at selected Conrad properties in the Americas and across EMEA.
