Planning an event in Thailand soon? These five distinctive venues and experiences – showcased by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau during the recent Thailand Innovative and Meetings Exchange (TIME) 2025 – offer the perfect blend of business, culture, and leisure to impress delegates and create lasting memories.

House on Sathorn, Bangkok

In striking contrast to the glass-clad W Bangkok next door, the House on Sathorn is a mustard-yellow heritage mansion dating back to 1889. Originally a private residence, it now serves as a distinctive events venue with both indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for receptions, dinners, and networking sessions. The neoclassical landmark was the setting for the welcome reception at TIME 2025, offering a timeless backdrop and a touch of grandeur to the gathering.

Rajadamnern Stadium, Bangkok

Add adrenaline to your itinerary with an immersive Muay Thai experience at Bangkok’s historic Rajadamnern Stadium. Modern projection mapping and drone displays bring the origins of Thailand’s beloved sport to life, while the main event delivers fast-paced, high-energy bouts by skilled fighters. Choose from exclusive seating options, including a panoramic balcony with just 15 seats, or ringside spots to feel every moment of the action.

Nobu Bangkok

The farewell dinner for TIME 2025 took place high above the capital at Nobu Bangkok, perched 58 floors atop The Empire. Offering sweeping views of the pixelated MahaNakhon tower and the Chao Phraya River, the venue spans three levels, blending indoor elegance with open-air terraces. Guests enjoy Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, reimagined with Thai flair.

Royal Blossom Train Ride

During TIME 2025, the Royal Blossom Train Ride offered a unique way to transfer delegates between Bangkok and Hua Hin, a charming seaside destination three hours from the capital city. Operated by the State Railway of Thailand, this private charter service features wide retractable seats, USB ports, worktables, a small bar, elegant interiors, and oversized windows for uninterrupted views. The train offers a unique setting for networking, team-building, or simply relaxing en route to your seaside destination.

RXV Wellness Village Sampran

Located within the lush 20-hectare heritage property of Suan Sampran, RXV Wellness Village blends health, mindfulness, and hospitality. Just over an hour from Bangkok, it offers spa therapies, mental wellness programmes, and plant-based cuisine, all surrounded by preserved gardens and century-old trees on the banks of the Tha Chin River. Event spaces accommodate 20 to 120 guests, making it an ideal venue for corporate wellness retreats or off-site strategy sessions.
