The Meetings Show APAC’s back bigger and stronger

Record-breaking exhibitor lineup and buyer turnout expected for The Meetings Show APAC 2025.

A record number of exhibitors and buyers is expected for the second edition of APAC's leading MICE show, The Meetings Show Asia Pacific (TMS APAC), taking place at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on 16 and 17 April 2025.

Co-located with the inaugural Business Travel Show APAC, TMS APAC is set to bring the biggest gathering of travel professionals in the region. With the support of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), this year’s event further solidifies Singapore’s standing as the "World's Best MICE City.”

Unprecedented exhibitor growth and buyer interest

TMS APAC 2025 features an expanding roster of exhibitors from key MICE sectors, including destinations, hotels, venues, event technology providers, and industry associations.
