Exciting lineup unveiled for first-ever The Meetings Show APAC in Singapore

A dynamic conference lineup, quality networking events, and tech showcase are among key highlights at the show’s debut at MBS.

Meetings and events professionals can look forward to an array of exciting offerings at the inaugural The Meetings Show Asia Pacific, set to take place at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands on 17-18 April 2024.

Destination bureaus, venues, hotels, technology providers and suppliers and buyers will convene at this inaugural buyer-led tradeshow, which includes a series of high-quality network events and will showcase the latest MICE offerings and solutions from global exhibitors.

As a gateway to the fast-growing Asia Pacific region and home to a vibrant business community, Singapore was chosen as the host destination for the debut of The Meetings Show Asia Pacific. The region is set to experience further growth in the coming years, supported by Singapore’s growing prominence as a leading destination for impactful business gatherings.

“Asia Pacific’s Role in Recasting the Global MICE Sector” is the overarching theme of the conference, providing the latest MICE and travel industry data. Held at The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2024 Theatre, Hall C, the conference sessions will focus on five important topics – Sustainability, Technology, Workforce Management, Experience Design and Wellness. As part of the education programme, visitors at the Tech Campfire Showcase will learn about the latest tech innovations and AI-powered solutions to enhance their in-person, virtual and hybrid events. Equipped by Unearthed Productions, the Tech Campfire Showcase will present event management technology by Cvent, Unearthed Productions, Jublia, Gevme, Zenus, and Pigeonhole Live, to help boost engagement and connection with their audiences and deliver more targeted and seamless experiences for their attendees.
