The Meetings Show Asia Pacific has unveiled a strategic partnership with The Attendee Experience Company (atex) to develop and produce its 2025 conference programme, scheduled for 16-17 April at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

Under the guidance of Samme Allen, CEO of atex and a leading expert in event design and audience engagement, the collaboration promises an inspiring lineup of speakers and content geared towards the evolving needs of the Asia-Pacific MICE sector.

With over 20 years of experience in curating innovative event programmes, Allen is recognised for creating immersive, high-quality experiences that resonate with audiences. Her team has previously led the conference programme for The Meetings Show in London, UK, bringing forward-thinking concepts to the European edition of the event for the past three years.

“Partnering with Samme and atex is an exciting and logical step for The Meetings Show Asia Pacific,” said Nelson Khoo, newly appointed event director of The Meetings Show Asia Pacific.

“Samme’s extensive experience and commitment to creating meaningful attendee journeys will ensure that our 2025 conference programme is both impactful and relevant. We are confident that her fresh perspective will resonate with our audience and set a new benchmark for educational content in the region.”

Allen expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to shape the future of meetings and events in the Asia-Pacific region. She highlighted that atex’s focus would be on inclusivity and diversity, ensuring that all voices are represented within the programme. “By bringing together a diverse range of perspectives, we can create a more enriching and impactful experience for all attendees,” Allen stated.
