Welcome Reception of The Meetings Show Asia Pacific at Grand Hyatt Singapore
A creative welcome reception set the tone for what’s to come at The Meetings Show Asia Pacific (TMS APAC) 2026 – lively connections that flow from day to night.
Held on 13 April at Grand Hyatt Singapore, the welcome cocktails hosted by Hyatt Asia Pacific Meeting & Events Alliance welcomed attendees into The Gallery, a “blank canvas for planners” inspired by art galleries. The open, artful design encouraged movement, interaction and spontaneous conversations throughout the space.
The creative spirit resonated with live poetry delivered on a typewriter by Adam Tie, a published poet from Singapore and founder of The Novel Encounter.
Music by DJ Jeremy Boon, the opening DJ of local nightclub Zouk was another “authentic Singaporean touch” that gave the event in a sense of place, described Perry Chung, Hyatt’s marketing and events manager, Hyatt Sales Force, Asia Pacific.
The reception saw the Together by Hyatt meeting and events philosophy come to life as hosted buyers and invited guests got a taste of “connection through experience, culinary storytelling and a sense of place”, Chung added.
