The Indoor Bar area
Singapore's Sentosa Golf Club has launched a new bar-grill destination Panamericana in April featuring cuisine inspired by the 14 countries lining the Pan-American Highway stretching through the North, Central and South Americas.
The 6,000-square-feet dining destination is set against the panoramic backdrop of the Singapore Straits, and offers an indoor area that can accommodate up to 100, with plush sofa seating and a marble horseshoe bar as well as a 100-seat terrace overlooking the golf course. In a traditional touch, the venue features a brick-encased asador, a pit in which whole meats are grilled in view as its centrepiece.

Specialising in 'farm-to-fire' cuisine, guests will be able to tuck into offerings such as grilled whole meats, fresh seafood and regional street food. The dining destination also offers a beverage programme that focusses on signature and classic cocktails across the Americas and booze-and-juice options and large-format 'explosion serves'.
Panamericana is owned by Julian Serna, a veteran bar consultant, and features the culinary and beverage creations of executive chef Mathew Woon and beverage manager Ricky Paiva.
