F&B: Sake, seafood and more at Sumiya

Conveniently located in Suntec City and in close proximity to the convention centre, Sumiya is a suitable venue for small group luncheons. Its flexible space configuration thanks to versatile panels makes it easy to plan private dining areas for groups of up to 6, 18 or 30 pax.

Sumiya features three exclusive technologies to showcase their specialties - sake and seafood. A state-of-the-art unique fish-drying machine enhances the natural flavour of seasonal airflown fish, which are then grilled at a unique vertical irori genshiyaki charcoal grill. And to facilitate networking, the sake dispenser containing 16 different sakes allows guests to experiment and discover preferences while mingling.
