Rise and shine with Westin

Westin Hotels & Resorts has kicked off its global brand campaign that aims to help travellers tackle the disruptions, distractions and unpredictability of life on the road and empowering them to embrace better health and well-being. The campaign - Let's Rise - was inspired by current wellness and travel trends and will also serve as an anchor for a range of wellness programs and partnerships the brand will roll out throughout the year.

With a growing number of travellers turning to wellness offerings to regain control of their routines when traveling for business and leisure, Westin's campaign aims to connect guests at its properties to a variety of wellness programmes, examples of which include offering adult coloring sheets that aim to help travellers relax, re-center and unwind on the road; expanding its Gear Lending partnership with New Balance which gives guests access to workout gear; and the introduction of a complimentary Sleep Well Lavender Balm which is said to calm and de-stress.

"Around the world, we have definitely seen a shift in the way today's travellers are incorporating well-being into their work and travel routines: from millennials, who view fitness activities to be more social than competitive, to business travellers who are shifting their preference from country clubs to running clubs," said Brian Povinelli, Global Brand Leader, Westin Hotels & Resorts.
