LaBrezza debuts creative new menu

Chef de Cuisine at LaBrezza, Luca Moioli introduces a new menu at this iconic restaurant at The St. Regis Singapore. Combining traditional culinary techniques with modern inspirations to whet the appetites of guests who can partake in an ensemble of a la carte delicacies and wines from Italy's various provinces. 

Guests can savour these at lunch and dinner while indulging in a spread of seafood antipastis like Insalata di mare and Cundijun - tonno e condiglione. Palatable soups such as chilled celeriac soup with crabmeat, Crema fredda di sedano rapa are also on the menu. 


 Chef's signatures are homemade tagliolini pasta like Taglioliolini all'astice with pan seared lobster and Ravioli del plin, traditional Pietmontese agnolotti filled with chicken, pork and tender veal.

Gastronomic favourites such as pasta are also on the menu such as Pollo e carciofi, Salame, Frutti di mare and popular favourites like Hawaii and Prosciutto e bufala. The diner can close with delectable desserts of chocolate panna cotta.
