Sabre, a global technology provider to the travel industry, has announced that it will integrate its hotel reservation and distribution solution, SynXis Central Reservations, with TripCase, the travel itinerary management app for business and leisure travellers. The integration will allow hoteliers to increase personalisation and engagement with guests before, during and after their arrival with TripCase mobile messaging.
This real-time personal communication will mean a more personalised experience for travellers. Reservations made through the Sabre GDS and the SynXis CRSynXis CR will automatically flow into the TripCase messaging channel, making it easy for hoteliers to message travellers with relevant and personalised mobile messages which may include upgrades and offers for hotel amenities such as spas and restaurants.

The update is now available to all Sabre hotel customers using Sabre SynXis Central Reservation System.
