Pan Pacific Hotels Group has appointed Nikie Mok as Complex General Manager of Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, effective August 2026.
In her new role, Mok oversees the two Kuala Lumpur properties under Pan Pacific Hotels Group, bringing more than 25 years of hospitality experience across luxury and upscale hotels in Malaysia.
She joins the group after serving as GM of Putrajaya Marriott Hotel from June 2024 to July 2026 and as GM of Element Kuala Lumpur from December 2019 to June 2024.
Earlier in her career, Mok held senior commercial and sales leadership positions with W Kuala Lumpur, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur and Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur, with experience spanning hotel operations, commercial strategy, sales and marketing, revenue generation, team development and pre-opening work.
Mok’s appointment marks the latest leadership change for PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur as the properties continue to strengthen guest experience, operational performance and commercial delivery.
