PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay has named Elaine Chan as its director
of sustainability, a newly created role focused on elevating
environmental strategy and goals for the hotel as the hospitality
industry faces pressure to address the climate crisis.
Chan, who is now the director of marketing communications &
sustainability at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, will add
sustainability in addition to her ongoing responsibilities leading the
hotel's marketing communications.
In her new role, Chan will now have direct oversight across the
hotel's multi-faceted strategic initiatives on sustainability, and drive
synergistic collaborations with internal, and external stakeholders, as
well as government bodies and regulators.
An experienced marketing communications specialist in the hospitality
space, Chan joined PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore in May
2021.
PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore was most recently awarded
the top sustainable hotel in Asia Pacific at Travel Weekly Asia Readers'
Choice Awards 2022.
