Millennium Hilton Bangkok has just emerged from an extensive renovation and makeover.
Millennium Hilton Bangkok has unveiled an extensive renovation and makeover, featuring new meeting, dining and fitness spaces with the emphasis on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.
Part of the hotel’s renovations include the launch of a new farm-to-fork dining venue, OXBO Bangkok, a 70-seat grill concept with a view of the Chao Phraya River. It features sustainable, locally-produced ingredients, sourced from the hotel’s rooftop herb garden and various regions across Thailand, including Khao Yai, Chiang Rai, Surat Thani and Bangkok. Guests can also indulge in an extensive gin selection, with 30 varieties from across the globe, and customise their gin-based drinks.
Multi-function meeting and event space at the newly revamped Millennium Hilton Bangkok.Other renovations include an upgraded fitness centre, the soon-to-be-launched executive lounge, and The Hilton Commune, residential-style meeting rooms featuring state-of-the-art technology. The rooms are equipped with LED walls, a mini-amphitheatre and dynamic LED displays, offering an immersive and connected environment for events.
Another eco-friendly initiative is the hotel’s commitment to sustainable practices and community engagement. It has implemented Hilton’s ‘bulk amenities’ initiative, significantly reducing single-use plastics and materials, and using 100% cage-free eggs. The hotel also donates surplus food from its buffets to create meals for underprivileged communities and says it has redirected over 3,000 kilograms of repurposed meals in 2024 alone.
