Following a first announcement last year, PCMA Convening APAC 2026 has unveiled more keynote details ahead of the conference, which will take place on 12-14 April at Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

Themed Signal: Mastering Change, the conference aims to deliver practical insights to help attendees decode signals, identify trends that matter, and lead change.

Beyond the Day 1 lineup, Day 2 will feature a keynote meant to help professionals navigate a disorienting decade. Sandra Peter and Kai Riemer, co-directors of Sydney Executive Plus and professors at the University of Sydney, will unpack five “messy shifts” reshaping the global landscape, alongside four major clashes where leaders must balance competing priorities, as well as the “four blobs” or emerging areas of skills convergence.

In another keynote scheduled for 14 April, Natalie Dau, Guinness World Record holder, endurance athlete and content producer, will speak from experience forged in her “Project 1000” ultra-endurance journeys. Dau will share how mastering change is about embracing risk rather than avoiding the unknown, and why vulnerability can be a strategic advantage rather than a weakness.
