Themed SIGNAL: Mastering Change, PCMA invites attendees to recognise the signals that matter in a world of burgeoning disruption.
The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) has unveiled the keynote speakers for its Convening APAC 2026 conference, formerly known as The Business of Events.
PCMA says the conference will help “cut through the noise… in a world of relentless disruption”.
Themed SIGNAL: Mastering Change, the conference brings a programme curated to help attendees “recognise the signals that matter, make confident decisions, and lead with purpose”.
PCMA has unveiled the keynote speakers for the event:
Mark Adams
A serial entrepreneur and trusted advisor to heavyweights the likes of Taylor Swift to former US President Barack Obama, Adams' influence also extends to the boards of Gymshark, Headspace, and other brands. At Convening APAC 2026, Adams will reveal how to harness AI not as a threat, but as a creative ally – transforming leadership, storytelling, and impact in the age of intelligent technology.
Enni Rohaiza Hamzah
Head of change management at Affin Group, Enni Rohaiza Hamzah will explore how organisations can integrate sustainability into their transformation strategies without sacrificing results. Drawing from her work in strategy, culture, and ESG, Hamzah will share practical insights into aligning purpose with business outcomes, building trust, and creating accountability that lasts.
Pauline Nguyen
Businesswoman, bestselling author, and owner of Red Lantern, Pauline Nguyen will deliver a keynote that challenges leaders to tune into both internal and external signals that shape decisions and behaviour. Through her work in conscious leadership, Pauline aims to demonstrate how “calm confidence, consistency, and courage influence teams more than strategy alone”.
Early bird registration for the event ends by 21 January 2026.
