Vinexpo Asia will return permanently to Hong Kong starting 2027, ending its run in Singapore since debuting at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in 2023.
Hong Kong hosted the wine and spirits event since debuting in 1998 until 2018. Vinexpo Hong Kong 2020 was postponed multiple times, before ultimately getting cancelled due to pandemic related restrictions.
When the event returned in 2023, it was relocated to Singapore. Organiser Vinexposium also switched to alternating between Hong Kong (even-numbered years) and Singapore (odd-numbered years).
In 2025, the Singapore event welcomed some 9,000 attendees. Beyond business, the Marina Bay Sands’ sustainability team also since inception worked with Vinexposium to reduce the event’s environmental footprint, through bottle and cork recycling initiatives on-site.
