TMS APAC brings back the same high-engagement format attendees know and love – and more.
The Meetings Show Asia Pacific (TMS APAC) has kicked off its third edition in an expanded format, returning to Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, with a 20% year-on-year increase in exhibition space.
A wave of new exhibitors
This year, the show brings together nearly 2,000 attendees from 80 countries. Among the first-to-TMS APAC exhibitors are Korea Tourism Organization, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Millennium Hotels & Resorts and the Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau.
New this year: Talks in Ten
A new rapid-fire presentation format will debut at this year’s show. Talks in Ten is a series of 10-minute presentations designed to spark thinking without draining energy. Attendees can expect big ideas, bold perspectives and practical takeaways in a rapid-fire format to keep minds engaged.
The series forms part of TMS APAC 2026 Education Programme, which will feature around 30 presentations, panel discussions and interactive sessions. Taking place across two dynamic stages, MICE Studios 1 and 2, they will focus on six core pillars: event design, trends, the future events workforce, sustainability, wellness and technology.
A new luxury dimension
TMS APAC’s co-location strategy will expand further this year with the Asia Pacific debut of the invitation-only luxury travel show, GTM Luxury.
With this, TMS APAC will be co-located with both the Business Travel Show APAC and GTM Luxury APAC.
Returning favourites
Aside from the exciting first-to-show highlights, visitors can also look forward to returning suppliers like BWH Hotels, Macao’s Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute, InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Tourism Promotions Board Philippines, Singapore Tourism Board and Business Events Sarawak.
After blitzing up the floor last year with Sarawak laksa, Business Events Sarawak will bring back the crowd-favourite noodle dish this year.
Host city Singapore is also set to have a major presence this year, with Singapore Tourism Board bringing the biggest supplier showcase at 162sqm.
