With travel restrictions easing, event organiser and Singapore EXPO
venue manager Constellar is set to welcome back its communities in
person with a diverse line-up of business and consumer events for the
latter half of 2022.
Over the next six months, Constellar will organise and host over 10
large exhibitions and conferences, including several industry-firsts as
both business and consumer shows finally return.
Business Events
The latest technologies and
industrial trends take centre stage in Singapore from 18 to 20 October
at the fifth edition of Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC 2022, the
region’s leading platform for Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing
solutions. The event, organised by Constellar with international partner
Deutsche Messe at the Singapore EXPO, is expected to attract over
18,000 attendees from around the globe.
Meanwhile, over 60,000 attendees from 160 countries, will converge at
the seventh edition of the Singapore FinTech Festival, dubbed as "the
world's largest fintech gathering" from 2 to 4 November.
Singapore EXPO continues to welcome diverse trade events for the rest
of the year. These include the recently concluded Asia Tech x
Singapore, dubbed as Asia’s flagship tech event; Food & Hotel Asia
(FHA-Food & Beverage and FHA-HoReCa); MRO Asia-Pacific, the region's
leading event for maintenance, repair and overhaul in aviation;
Jewellery & Gem WORLD Singapore, the world’s biggest trade buying
event for gemstones and jewellery; Cosmoprof, the leading B2B trade
event in Asia-Pacific for the beauty industry; and Natural Disaster Expo
Asia, a leading event for the management and mitigation of natural
disasters.
Meanwhile, The Patient Experience & Innovation Summit, a
Constellar event, to inspire healthcare and medical practitioners to
make healthcare more innovative, intuitive, and empathetic, returns to
Bangkok, Thailand from 23rd to 25th August.
Consumer Events
After a two-year hiatus,
Singapore's most established consumer fairs, in sectors as diverse as IT
to food and wellness, are set to entice in-person traffic to
Singapore's largest purpose-built venue. Themed BE@EXPO, these consumer
fairs complement the new lifestyle offerings recently installed at the
venue, such as Singapore’s largest purpose-built fun-kart circuit and
badminton hall, and new F & B additions, Timbre+ Eastside and TAG
Restaurant & Bar.
Investing for the Future
With the return of
visitor traffic to Singapore EXPO, Constellar continues to roll out
features and sustainability investments to augment the customer
experience as well as achieve milestones in carbon neutrality.
One such investment includes Singapore’s first autonomous buggy with
100% locally developed technology. The vehicle was built by local
tech-start-up Autsren Emobility Pte Ltd in research collaboration with
the Energy Research Institute @ Nanyang Technological University.
Additional investments over the next few months include solar panels and
a food digester for turning food waste into electricity, water, and
compost.
Constellar group CEO Jean-François Quentin said, "With face-to-face
engagement remaining the most irreplaceable aspect of our business, and
an important enabler for rebuilding business momentum, we will continue
to invest in capabilities to deliver quality engagements for our
communities."
