Event technology provider Stova has integrated Meetingselect’s venue marketplace and transaction capabilities into its platform, creating a more complete end-to-end solution for event organisers.

The native integration brings venue search, selection, booking and payment into the same environment used for planning and budgeting, registration, event execution, attendee and exhibitor management, and post-event analytics.

With this, organisers can move from venue discovery to delivery without switching between separate systems.

Through Meetingselect, Stova users gain access to more than 500,000 hotels, dedicated meeting venues and unique event spaces worldwide.

Structured, comparable venue data is meant to improve search accuracy, speed up shortlisting and give venues clearer, more qualified requests.

The combined workflow also uses historical and trending venue pricing data to give organisers earlier visibility of likely costs. Standardised sourcing and bidding processes are designed to reduce manual work, accelerate venue responses and make proposals easier to compare.

By automating high-volume and transactional steps, the companies said organisations can scale their meetings and events programmes without a corresponding increase in operational overhead. Venues, meanwhile, gain access to demand through more consistent requests and booking processes.
