CAM RANH, VIETNAM - Vietnamese national, Ms Mandy Tran Thi My Dung, has been appointed as The Anam Cam Ranh’s new director of sales and marketing. She joins the team after her stint as the director of sales and marketing during the pre-opening of the nearby Hyatt Regency Nha Trang for one year.

Before that, she worked for the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Spa for eight years, as the hotel’s director of sales and marketing for almost seven years. Prior to the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Spa, she was the director of sales at the Dalat Palace and Dalat Du Parc Hotel (formerly Sofitel Dalat and Novotel Dalat) and as a wholesale sales manager for the Park Hyatt Saigon and Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City.

She holds a Bachelor of Economics at National University Ho Chi Minh City. “Mandy has an impressive breadth and depth of sales experience in Vietnam, particularly in our province Khanh Hoa, with some of the best hospitality names in the business,” said The Anam’s owner and founder, Mr Pham Van Hien. “Recognised and trusted by the industry, her proven track record in hospitality places The Anam in great stead as we look to the future with optimism in the wake of COVID-19.”

The Anam overlooks a 300m beachfront on Vietnam’s Cam Ranh peninsula. The location averages more than 300 sunny days per year. With a design inspired by Vietnam’s bygone Indochine era, the five-star resort has 77 villas and 136 rooms and suites.

The Anam also features a fine dining grill, all-day dining restaurant, a Vietnamese restaurant and bar, a classical bar, beach club, in-room dining, 10 treatment-room spa, 3-D movie theatre, three swimming pools, ballroom, conference rooms, recreation and fitness centre, tennis court, yoga room and deck, kids club, putting green, and gift shop.
