Voco Orchard Singapore has unveiled its refreshed MICE venues, along with its new "Thoughtful Meetings" offer.
The hotel's 17 function rooms, spanning 1,869 sqm in total, have
undergone a "visual uplift". Offering scenic city views and plenty of
natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, these spaces now feature
new casual modular arrangements, which can cater to gatherings of 12
people to large-scale events accommodating as many as 500 persons.
To meet the needs of hybrid workers, each of the hotel’s 17 meeting
rooms, social spaces and banquet venues feature built-in multimedia and
teleconferencing technology.
With the hotel's "Thoughtful Meetings" offer, MICE organisers are
provided with a selection of additional accommodation or events perks,
depending on their delegates' needs. Available for events with at least
30 delegates per day or 30 rooms per night until the end of the year,
these benefits range from room upgrades, complimentary transfers, room
nights or delegates' packages, to savings in function room hires.
Voco Orchard Singapore also features 423 guestrooms and suites,
rooftop pool, fitness centre, and four F&B outlets including a
steakhouse, rooftop Italian restaurant, cakery, and a Michelin-starred
speciality restaurant.
