Pan Pacific Singapore has unveiled a series of food-themed packages for MICE groups in the run-up to Singapore’s 60th National Day, which will be celebrated on 9 August.
A number of Singaporean delicacies are available for delegates’ refreshment breaks, showcasing tradition and flavours and aiming to appeal to the senses. Dishes, cooked fresh at a chef's live station, include kaya toast – two thin slices of toasted bread spread with rich coconut jam and butter – and popiah – a Singapore street food staple of soft spring rolls filled with a flavourful mix of fresh ingredients, including prawns, eggs, and crunchy vegetables.
Guests can also feast on Nyonya kueh, colourful traditional treats that reflect Singapore's unique Peranakan heritage, often made with rice flour and filled with sweet or savoury fillings and kopi tarik or 'pulled coffee' in Malay, a beverage made with coffee and condensed milk, using a unique 'pulling' technique to create a frothy, milky texture.
For the SG60 MICE Offer, a full day meeting package is priced from S$155.00++ per guest, including lunch and two refreshment breaks; while a half day meeting package is available from S$140.00++ per guest and includes lunch and one refreshment break.
The packages will be available until 31 March 2026. Guests can opt for a full day package with lunch and two refreshment breaks or a half-day meeting package with lunch and one refreshment break.
